The owners of this library are the taxpayers who put up the money to get it built. I am disappointed for the children -- that they don't have their library.

You want to be sure the money isn't idle.

You don't pay money to get money. Those aren't legitimate scholarships.

There's something about your child's child that just makes you want to spend money. From the parents point of view, its a wonderful thing, too, unless you run into a situation where the grandparents are buying things that you don't want.

These are people who are working a few years, but they certainly don't have a tremendous amount of money saved.

The potential to save money, paper and trees is enormous.
