The pain that managers have is being on the phone, begging people to work to just get a body in there. We're trying to ease that pain.

There's a perception there will be a culture conflict, but people are eager to embrace it.

A lot of them will not do it at all. It's not digging a bigger hole to put the body in; it really is a much longer process.

We feel we need to position and posture ourselves. We've got strong base of young, energetic managers and department heads and middle managers who have potential. It's part of any manager's responsibility to prepare them for the next position.
