The past is non livable. Not unless you want to...again.

The past was the past. The future will be the future. The present is the present. Let's keep it that way.

I listen patiently and quietly to my past. I feel and breathe in the present . I speak loudly and clearly to my future.

In the journal of life, you can only read and understand your past and live in the present. But your current thoughts about yourself, the words that you speak, and the actions that you show will deeply impact how your future will be written.

Be present. Make time. Have awareness.

I've just made a mistake. The best thing about it is...I realized it. I acknowledged it. I own it. And I've learned from it. It's called present time awareness.
