The past two weeks have been crazy hard. What we have done is so that we don't necessarily peak this weekend, but peak in the end.

From a Dowling standpoint, what's happened there over the past three years is Dowling just hasn't had the size and the strength and the people up front to compete with what Valley's putting out there,

Obviously, we're looking to go well past ($1,000) this year.

There were only six guys from that team that are on this squad. But last year is in the past. This is now and we're playing for now.

We're hoping to win league and get past the first round of the playoffs because we've never done that before. From there, just go as far as we can take it. As a team I think we feel pretty comfortable. With all the returning guys, we've been together for a long time and we work together really well.

My big weaknesses (in the past) have been a lack of preparation, a lack of knowledge and perhaps not enough confidence and afraid of mistakes. I need to stop trying to be perfect and just worry about becoming better.
