The peace and justice movement has to expand and not run away from the plight of gang members.

There has to be an inner peace process that treats gang members like traumatized war victims who lack counseling, jobs, and respect. A lot of that has got to be self-administered in affinity groups, counseling groups, in jail and out of jail, with resources and professional help.

True peace is not merely the absence of war, it is the presence of justice.

Depending on the justice of the peace, a violator can be cited between $50 and $100.

In the name of justice there cannot be subjection and in the name of peace there cannot be impunity.

The most coward act in the world is to use violence to suppress peace and obstruct justice. Peace and justice cannot prevail if the free world continues to tolerate such coward acts.
