The percentage for Talent is going up and I think that's a very good idea because the girls that have such a wonderful talent have even more chances to win the pageant.

(Herron is) the new jumper. He?s jumping on raw talent at the moment. We?re still working technique. That?s kind of nice because if somebody?s not been coached, they haven?t learned any bad habits.

I think it's a compliment to the talent that's on our team, ... I don't think talent in and of itself is the reason why you win championships. I don't think that that will determine where we finish. There are still girls with a lot of talent coming back. I'm not sure if they're going to have quite the bond that we all had.

She has the kind of talent you just don't see in sophomore girls. On top of that, she's all about the team and gets just as excited after a big rebound or outlet pass as she does after scoring. It's almost not fair.

The talent level was there when I got here. It's been a matter of getting the girls to buy into my system and getting them to believe they we can get this program back to where it was four years ago.
