The problem for some people is when [motivational] speakers put out a consistently positive message it can be off-putting, and they start to feel like the speakers aren't relatable anymore.

Every great accomplishment begins with a dream, never forget that within us all is the fortitude, patience and passion to change destiny.

Some people awake each morning dreading the day looking for the negatives in their lives and in others, while some awaken fresh appreciating the opportunity to contribute to life, making the world a better place and see the positives. Neither is right or wrong for we are human, we all make a conscience choice everyday as to who we shall be.

Dare to think the unimaginable, imagine the unthinkable, dream of that which will never happen, yet continue to aspire and to test the limits of your very being and those around you.

If you want to know how a manager is performing ask to see their data, really want to know... ask those that report to them.
