The problem is, in Wyoming, conditions change very quickly and we don't get a lot of warning when a blizzard is going to start.

That stretch of highway is prone to pretty difficult conditions particularly because of the wind. It's a stretch of road we've pretty much been looking at since it was built.

We're really moving on to the practical questions now to see how we can implement some of these recommendations.
