The problem with being a leader is that you're never sure if you're being followed or chased.

People are born as babies, as boys and girls, not as leaders.

Being a leader doesn't mean you always feel like a leader.

Leadership grows like tall trees. It needs both toughness and flexibility - toughness for accountability - flexibility to adapt changes with a compassionate & caring heart for self and others.

She gets at least 10-12 (points), or she gets boards every time. She's stepped into her leadership really, really well. She's a big leader on the floor.

A leader that relies on a title and not performance is not a true leader.
