The RAD system is not for the weak at heart, or the conscientious objector. Our system is specifically designed for women who are willing to consider as a viable option, defense, in situations where their life is in jeopardy.

I've always felt a responsibility to create as comfortable and open a training environment possible, especially when dealing with such a sensitive subject. Most of the women who enroll in the basic program know very little about physical defense, and in some cases assertiveness may also be something contrary to their life's experience.
