The real intolerance in Canadian society is shown by those who would deny people of faith the right to participate in public life.

I believe in freedom of speech, but I believe we should also have the right to comment on freedom of speech.

Time and time again, history has proved that the conservatives are right and the liberals are wrong.

Fewer heterosexuals feel legally compelled to officially marry and more children are born outside of marriage's traditional terms. Some people may say that is a good thing. Some may say that it is not. That is simply a fact, and it is tragic that the notion of what is best for children gets so little discussion in this debate.

I wish the government and the Minister of Justice would address these legal and constitutional arguments, but they refuse to. They want Canadians to go blindly into their brave new world, but it is not wise for a society to move blindly in any direction.

Our national media refuses to report that even the Supreme Court did not say marriage was a human right in all cases nor did it say that the heterosexual definition violated anyone's right or that the heterosexual definition of marriage was unconstitutional.
