The reasoning behind the bill was to help move students [through college] in a timely manner.

I just think there is always a huge need to help our students going to college.

It is very lucky for students and the community that State College is one of the 22 cities that they will be performing in.

Good nutrition can help students feel energized and productive throughout their day, and in this way can help reduce the desire to abuse substances like nicotine, caffeine or stimulants.

How the universities choose to spend that money is their choice.

None of us are happy with all of it, but we want to do something that works and helps people.
