The reigning mythology of the Northwest is obviously nature, and the reigning mythology of the Northeast corridor is culture.

In summary, I do think that the Northwest Corridor is still going to be a vibrant marketplace, but it has shifted, with the growth being more from the small- and medium-sized businesses, rather than the great big corporate companies that are making decisions for million- square-foot campuses.

New Jersey has the most to lose of any state if this idea of selling off the Northeast Corridor were to happen.

Obviously, being a league opponent, that's great for the Northeast-10. They're a well-coached team that's talented inside and out. They get good guard play and they've got very good post players. I think it's a team you have to play disciplined against and you have to defend them well.

We are spending $250 million a year on the Northeast Corridor infrastructure. We are playing catch-up, but we are well on our way to bringing the Northeast Corridor to a state of good repair.
