The response has been really good because, for one thing, it's the tallest . . . of the four buildings that are being proposed. It has probably the best views in the entire project.

We felt all along that Zach would make a good post and, after all, he is the tallest we have. I know he'd probably like to play a little more outside, but he's our guy in there. He's so athletic and he's got a long reach.

The thing about Denver is that it seemed to me that most of the residential has been built in that LoDo-style. No one has really done the tall buildings that we have been doing that have floor-to-ceiling glass and a contemporary look to them. But Denver is a sophisticated market. In Denver, they're ready for it.
