The Russian proposal is not on our agenda any more.

If the Russian proposal makes itself compatible with the new conditions, it can be negotiated.

We regard the European proposals as an initial and not the final proposal.

The Russian plan is still on the table but the ground for its implementation should be prepared. Russia's plan and other plans that will preserve our rights can be assessed.

We have not demanded anything excessive. The European side should not make an excessive demand either.

We do not humble ourselves in the poisoned atmosphere created by foreign sources.
