The sad part is that I didn't meet a couple of my goals, but I reached my ultimate goal. Looking back now, I'm pretty happy. It still felt good to be able to step on the mat with those guys.

After this I can't be done. Wrestling means too much to me.

It was nice to see a girl win a title. I would like to follow her, but being the first (to qualify for the state tournament) in Colorado is a great accomplishment.

What is clear is that business leaders must commit to champion change - to be transparent about their goals for change, to align their incentives systems to drive the change, and to make sure their work environments are flexible in a way that allows men and women who choose to work to be able to achieve all of their potential.

There isn't anything else like this in academia.
