The school yard is a First Amendment battleground. The other side in this debate has been more motivated to speak up, but we're trying to ensure that at least both sides get heard.

And I liked all that debate and mock trial stuff in high school. It's important to know how to make your points.

There will be a healthy debate as to the mayor's inability to manage the public school system in his own city. There will be a healthy debate as to why Baltimore City is one of the most violent cities in America.

That can be a springboard to bring (the health care debate) to the national level.
