The sensation that allows you to experience the physical reality, when detached from the physical body allows you to realize life beyond the physical reality.

When your interest only remains in the external world, you simply separate yourself from the whole truth. The whole process of life is to take you inward.

The sensation that you experience in the body, is your spirit, but it’s so attached, that it’s hard to imagine, that the sensation can ever be separated from the physical body. In long hours of meditation, you can separate your sensation from the physical body.

If your mind is only engaged in the external reality, your life remains far from the existential truth of life.

If you live with the limited beliefs of your mind, you cannot see life, beyond the physical existence, while in reality, the life happens at a much deeper level.

Move deep in your sensation, and you will realize the spirit in the body. Your life is possible only because of the spirit. The spirit is your power in the body.
