The staff has been great to work with, and Coach Martin has treated me great and allows me to grow as a coach everyday,

Having been a linebacker in college, I feel I have an advantage because I can easily associate with my guys. I can understand what they see and experience on the playing field, and it helps me teach them how to react and what techniques to use.

Coach Smith and I have very similar ideas as far as schematics go, I think we compliment one another as coaches very well. He has also become a great friend of mine.

The situation was great, because it is not far from where I grew up. And it was a program that I would be proud to be associated with.
