Understanding spells peace; therefore, with all your getting, get understanding. Then you'll be wise indeed.

Our heart dictates to a great extent how we live because we always find time to do what our heart desires. The Bible warns us to guard our hearts above all else, making sure we concentrate on those desires that will keep us on the right path. Make sure your affections lead you in the right direction. Put boundaries on your desires: Don't go after everything you see. Look straight ahead, keep your eyes fixed on your goal, and don't get sidetracked on detours that lead to sin.

We never have to be uncertain when we have the God of truth and righteousness.

Are you a person with strong beliefs? The strength of what we believe is measured by how much we are willing to suffer for those beliefs. "For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain ... For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake." (Philippians 1:21, 29)
