The students actually had the opportunity to play a variety of rhythm instruments together. There were instruments of all sizes; some that were played while straddling, some that are carried, and some that were three-feet tall.

It was a great culturally enriching experience. I know that the students went away with a better appreciation of Africa.

The idea of the traverse wall is to give the students that feeling of being challenged with climbing, but if they get nervous, they just have to step down. They are never more than 3 and a half feet off of the floor and there are 8 foot wide mats underneath them.

Its win-win. The non-profits benefit and the students benefit.

We're excited about offering the opportunity to more students to live on campus. We expect it to go over quite well.

It's an important opportunity for students to actually get to meet, get up close and hear a viable candidate in person.
