The students really enjoyed the response from the adult day care center. I think that's when it really hit us that these little things really are affecting other people.

We discovered that more than 90 percent of [the] students have Internet access, so we're trying to promote more of that [use].

Friday has always been the slowest day for us. On Friday, people are still working. ... Now were going to take all that Friday effort and focus it on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which we think is a smart business move. We're looking for maximum impact, more saturation.
