The study was completed and it indicated a full signal was warranted. We certainly will be looking to move on that as soon as possible. We knew that time was of the essence.

Obviously this is an unfortunate situation that we would not have wanted to have happen.

Basically what will happen is all the small chapters in Illinois will be formed into five to six regions, so there will no longer be an individual chapter. This will all take place as of July of 2007.
