The substantive position (of Iran) has not changed.

Our position is that the (Iran) dossier should be referred to the council.

Be sure we are going to do our utmost for this not to happen again, because we need each other.

The U.N. route has to be continued... Europe is not divided on this point.

I don't think this is the moment to do sanctions, and I do think the sanctions may contribute to the opposite that we want to obtain, which is defusing of the crisis,
