Ignoring people's demands in the name of religion ... will only create disappointment.

If beliefs of people and nations are insulted then the world will go towards violence. I hope this current situation will be a lesson for reforming in the future. If these policies are to continue, we will unfortunately go toward further violence, which is not desirable by anyone.

The solidarity of this administration will hinge upon continued cooperation from all city employees and positive input from the citizens.
