The suspect appeared at the door of one of the bedrooms and pointed a pistol directly at Officer Potts. Officer Hollingsworth saw this from his position and fired four rounds striking the suspect,

The suspect appeared a bit unstable. As soon as the officer touched the suspect, he started flailing around.

When he saw me he pointed the pistol at me and said, 'You better tell your buddy to put the money in the bag,' I looked down and said,'That's a BB gun.' He just kind of looked at me and the customer standing at the front of the counter started laughing at him.

When the suspect points his pistol at clerk, the clerk shoots and kills one of the suspects.

The suspect was still here on scene and was stalking the victim until the officer had left. After the officer left, he came over and then repeatedly stabbed the victim.

There was a confrontation in the back parking lot and one shot was fired by our officers. Obviously, the officer felt threatened.
