[The team] really stepped up their intensity and played intelligently down the stretch. Every win makes us head in the right direction. It's always a good feeling to get a win after you haven't won in a while.

We were getting up more shots than [Fordham]. We play a high tempo game that leads to a lot of fast breaks and shots off turnovers. If we start making a few more shots than we could outscore anyone.

I'm sure the turnover situation is not what I or Coach Peck wanted. But it can be attributed to the defense being played.

We've typically started games slowly and methodically stuck to our game. Everybody is pretty excited to play us. We've been resilient.

Bill was one of the first names suggested to us. We were very impressed with the candidates. Bill has a great passion for college athletics. He has terrific personal relationships in our business and with the media. We felt he would bring credibility to the position.
