The thing I think Lucas has is that calm poise and mature demeanor about him and he makes everyone around him better.

He's very good as an organizer in front of him, he communicates very well. He has a calm demeanor, that has a settling effect on a team defensively.

He's just really calm. Never gets rattled. To be so young and to have that kind of poise is rare. Definitely rare.

I think they did well, showed a lot of poise, but are going to have to do a lot more if we are going to be really good. Hopefully, we can do a little bit more this week, a little bit more the following week and a little bit more the following week.

It is refreshing, and salutary, to study the poise and quietness of Christ. His task and responsibility might well have driven a man out of his mind. But He was never in a hurry, never impressed by numbers, never a slave of the clock.

I think it's our demeanor as a staff. You just can't let them see you sweat. I always tell them I trust them and that I believe in them.
