The thing we need to be concerned about is the possibility of these problems extending into the summer months when we absolutely need that power to meet Arizona's electricity needs.

This is not a time to panic or have any problems. We have time to plan.

I'm certainly hopeful that we will have this money available to us this summer.

Unfortunately, the bill does not have a funding amount attached to it. The governor's original recommendation was $750,000, but now we're waiting for funding pursuant to the budget process.

This is a watershed event. We are taking our energy destiny into our own hands.

This was the right decision to make. I'm glad that the railroad took into consideration the concerns of the community.
