The tongue is a small piece of muscle but it's the strongest and the most used. It can kill; and can save lives. Let's choose our words. Let's use our tongue to save lives, not kill.

Today, I will speak words which will make others feel good about themselves without being stingy; no pretensions, expecting nothing in return.

Silence forces us to listen to things which could not be contained in words. It breaks eardrums and pierces even the stone-cold and confused hearts.

Hands. The word 'hand' is mentioned more than 593 times in the Bible. Science tells us that the hand is the 'mirror of the heart.' Hands are meant to care and heal people, not hurt. Hands are designed to be extended in love and reconciliation, not to be hidden and folded. Heal, reach out, give. You're the hand of God.
