The turnout they've gotten for this thing is incredible.

The Moose is still in charge. We're just hosting it.

The Liars Club means a lot to us. I always go over and ask if they've solved the world's problems. They are accomplishing something. They're a good group of guys.

It's not memorable and motivating if everyone else is doing it.

It's obvious that they would take that strategy first.

However, in recent years the role of teller has grown beyond customer service and processing transactions. They answer a broader range of questions, from questions about online banking to any number of financial services products. And tellers, again being on the front line, are expected to have those answers.
