The union asked the mediator to book out, so that puts them back into a strike position.

That puts her in a position to compete. That's a two-foot PR for her from last year and puts her in the top four throwers in the league.

The union has to be made aware of the consequences of their actions. If they didn't strike, Bear Stearns wouldn't have needed to hire a charter bus in order to get their employees to work. Academy Bus wouldn't have had to subcontract it to AME.

This is a win-win situation, ... I am totally confused as to why this union is going out on strike.
