The vice-president once again restated the international community's determination to see that any further attacks on Sarajevo and other safe areas in Bosnia cease and desist,

I am sure that the vice president's staff wishes that they had abided by the cardinal rule, which is that you get the good news out the door as fast as possible, and you get the bad news out the door even faster.
