The visit proceeds against a difficult information background in Russian-U.S. relations. Due to that fact, we are ready for an open and honest dialogue with representatives of the administration, the American Political Science Association and Congress, in order to explain our approaches to current international issues, as well as various aspects of the development of the political situation in Russia.
