The voters have clearly said they want to talk about consensus-building and collaborative leadership, and I have the leadership, the track record and the history of bringing people together. David has not been able to demonstrate that on a consistent basis.

To instill the values for the culture was and is the responsibility of the leadership, and staff alignment was critical to its success. It started with both board and staff. They realized that they needed to share the same value system that says, “I am the equipper, not the doer.” If not, there were going to be immense roadblocks to effectively mobilizing people for ministry.

It can be bright orange to dark purple to green.

That's a hell of a long flight.

I am very disappointed that David decided to break Ohio's election laws. But I think that voters can see right through these kinds of attempts to trick them.

Maybe there is a communications problem -- that we have not gotten the message out to the leadership; it may be that there is no leadership; or it may be that they have chosen to fight. If it is the latter, that's probably the wrong decision to be making,
