The way I meditate is by being organised. I can get real Zen if I go home and tidy the front room.

I can be the nice family man at home, and then when I go to the gym, maybe sparring with someone, I switch into beast mode. It ain't pretty.

I go home by noon, and I'm in bed by 6 p.m. I get up at 1 and do it again.

Any time I get to go home is a joyous occasion.

Let's just win it and go home.

I make it a point to go home every weekend so I can meet with Georgians and hear from them directly.
