The way the girls came together as a team was just unbelievable.

After that first game, we just turned it on and started hitting the ball. Almost everybody in the lineup had a hit.

We suited up eight girls for the contest and those eight played their hearts out. Early foul trouble on three of our starters forced us to back off the defensive pressure early, but it was 16 missed free throws that ultimately cost us the game.
