You've got to have some vets, ... They're the ones who teach the young guys how to be professional. But you've got to have the right kind of vets, the guys who understand their roles. A lot of teams are saying they're just going to put big money players out there. We've said all along if that player will make a difference for our team we're going to have to seriously consider taking him.

I mean, the question actors most often get asked is how they can bear saying the same things over and over again, night after night, but God knows the answer to that is, don't we all anyway; might as well get paid for it.

Now we can form an emotional relationship. It's all relative to the performances of the actors around him.

I think most shows happen like this for actors, ... They're like a river. You hop on it and you take it where it goes.
