The whole theory of the new law is to see how to improve people's ability to repay creditors. There's got to be a balance between relieving debt and allowing creditors to collect.

I think that if I took this into a court of law and put this (theory) forward, then we have conclusively and beyond a reasonable doubt proved that the African crowned eagle was the killer.

We certainly have that ability through the law. But that's not something we're considering.
