The whole trend over the past 10 to 15 years has been to stimulate and address the needs of the individual. That's where it fits in.

I would like to make it clear why we're doing this — fiscal responsiveness to the needs of the city is top priority. Now is the time for this initiative because many previous supporters admit they were confused by the $300,000 campaign, including scare tactics. Most everyone was critical of the non-secret vote, the sunset clause was hypocritical, the tax is unfair and unnecessary, and this is the only way to attain some fiscal responsibility.

For the most part, we have adequate motorcycle parking on campus, but in particular cases when someone needs motorcycle parking in an area that didn't need it before, we have to find an area for them to park within a reasonable distance,

This is a defining moment for UK. UK needs to make its mark with this issue.
