The world has a fascination with being able to buy a town. You can come in and name it after yourself if you want and be the mayor, chief of police and secretary of interior all at the same time.

I spent a lot of money and a lot of effort cleaning it up.

Due to family reasons, I'm pretty much tied to Southern California for the foreseeable future. We can't move up there. It only makes sense to pass it on to somebody else.

It's come full circle. Now it's been fixed up, and I think it's actually ready to be sold on eBay.

There are, I think, three countries left in the world where I can go and I'm not as well-known as I am here. I'm a pretty big star, folks -- I don't have to tell you. Superstar, I guess you could say.
