The world is in you.

Before this very birth, your awareness was present. After this death your awareness will still be present. It is eternal.

The body, mind and soul is like a bio-computer. The body is the hardware. The mind is the software, operating system and various programs. The soul (awareness) is the power that keeps the computer running.

The past or past events and the future or future events, ONLY EXIST IN THE MIND. They are not real or material substance. They are mental creations and therefore, illusions. Now or this moment, is the only thing that is real.

The mind (ego) wants you to keep thinking. It will do whatever it can to keep you thinking. It will use an innumerable array of tricks to keep you lost in thought. Without thought the mind loses its identity. You are not the mind, you are pure awareness.

The mind is extremely fast at processing thoughts. Thoughts are gathered through the five senses and are processed internally. This is a function of the mind. Ego is the personality formed from all the information gathered through the five senses. The notions, ideas and concepts. Awareness is the underlying current that is witnessing all this.
