The world is thinning
and the earth...it's still spinning

my world is thinning
and it’s all because
of one person I’m missing.

sometimes i don't know, which moment
which cool gust of wind will come,
and enchant me
tousling my hair
and my heart,

stirring...that familiar ache of poetry,

which drop will kiss
the old wrench in my soul
reminding me, all over again

i miss you better in the rain.

a single poem
the thing that can keep me
light on my feet,
when my soul is
heavy with sorrow.

tell me
of something fiercer
than the love with which
i gaze upon you

of something softer
than the tenderness
with which i hold you.

Do not turn me
into
restless waters

if you cannot promise
to be my stream.

there are some poems
that we leave behind
some that leave us behind

while some just live
silently
in the heart

crumble, sometimes
dwindle
disappear
die

and are reborn
when you smile again.
