There are a lot of other kinds of acts and other things people can spend their money on now.

Video games are huge now. There's a lot of money at stake. There's a lot of development at stake. People want new game-play experiences, and with this new technology, developers find different ways to do it.

That was just like finding money on the street, really, because they were so easy to sell. People would take the papers right out of your hands, it seemed, ... It was always encouraging to have a quick sell of your newspapers.

Too many people are setting up ways to raise money that are questionable,

Ron Brown is raising a lot of money from people with no ties to his district, and he owes his constituents an explanation. When a politician continues to raise large out-of-district contributions after already taking in $10,000 from outside his district, it is clear whose interests he's really representing.

I think people have to be more aware of what the repercussions are of their actions.
