There are always great (Latin) acts. It's like our own little music festival.

This is my third year [on stage], and for the past two years I have been part of the ensemble. I love that I was able to get one of the leading roles, and I love playing the villain.

Initially it was just supposed to be comedy instead of music, ... but the show has certainly evolved since 2003 and now we mix it up with some music, as well.

The whole concept of the restaurant, the blend of art, music and vegetarian cuisine, is interesting. The atmosphere is urban but also relaxing and as a hostess I am always standing around and picking up on what people think.

It's so frustrating that everybody rags on eighties music, when there's a lot of terrific stuff out there," he said. "There's no irony to it.
