There are dogs in this area that are fighting and used to fighting dogs.

Its horrible when you first see it happening. You wonder if this is 2 dogs fighting you can tell they are trying to kill each other.

I would think the average person would be very stunned. I was not because I know this type of thing goes on. I know about it.
