There are laws against disrupting the conduct of the polls, so you can't go there and shout and scream and stamp your feet.

The man ran in, grabbed the ballot box, then threw it under the wheels of his truck and took off ... the box was flat as a pancake.

It doesn't happen so frequently that we have rules. It's just common sense. With witnesses from the candidates, they were able to gather up and put (the ballot box) back together so that they could continue and maintain the integrity of the election.

She took them out and put them in a reconstituted ballot box and then continued with the election.

When in doubt or danger, run in circles, scream and shout.
