We just had a practice and we all agreed that we're not done. We can't be complacent. We can't be happy with that win last night even though it was a great win. Our goal is not to just get here but to go on.

Sean probably won't practice for two days. We're going to try to nurse him and get him ready to go for Thursday. We felt this was important to try to go with him, and he fought. It was a good opening meet. After two-and-a-half weeks of practice, you can tell we were excited to swim.
