There are very, very strong opinions on both sides of the fence on what the Fed is going or not going to do. The bottom line is with such diversity of opinions that the market is going to be choppy and volatile.

I recognize those feelings and those opinions and those concerns and certainly don't want anyone to think that I am ignoring those thoughts, ... Most importantly, I feel I am doing what is right for the city and the future.
