There has been a statewide incentive to help give rebates that would let productions save money by staying here.

All the money we raise is going to the victims. We really just wanted to do something to help out the victims of this tragedy. This seemed like the easiest and most effective thing for us to do.

It opens up an opportunity for residents to win a bonus prize. That screenplay will get read by Hollywood producers and agents, too.

These productions come and stay in our hotels, buy food, they hire local people ... so it's all good for the economy.

Make as much money as you can. It really does help. I don't know why it's terrible to say, but it's true.
